Refund policy

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return it.

To be eligible, pieces must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Distressing, fraying, and wash variation are part of each garment's design — every piece is intentionally unique — and are not defects.

To start a return, email Lumastudiosclothing@gmail.com with your order number. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect — in that case we cover everything.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.

Pre-orders: pre-order purchases can be cancelled for a full refund any time before your order ships. Email us with your order number.

Exchanges: need a different size? Email us and we'll set it up, subject to availability.
